9 months

James is 9 months today! He is growing up before our eyes. Today he spent the day playing with new toys and watching football with his daddy. We are currently working on James sleeping through the night(7pm-7am). He usually wakes to eat around 2-3pm, but the past month I've noticed that he doesn't seem hungry like he used to be in the middle of the night. I didn't want to make any changes before our 2 week trip, but now that we are back home we are going to try to cut out the night nursing. The first two nights have gone well. He has awakened around 3 and Todd has been able to get him back to sleep within 5 minutes and then he has slept until 6:30-7am. I hope this continues!

It is sometimes nice that at least one parent doesn't make milk :-)
Evalana got that same musical table for Christmas and loves it.

My only advice for getting James to STTN is to be consistent. I had to stop nursing at night alltogether. Chris did all the checks at night for about a week before it worked. He would get up with Hannah. At first we did 2oz of formula but we switched that to water eventually. Hannah is still inconsistent. If she is sick or teething she will wake up once at night but otherwise she does STTN most nights. Good luck!
