Family Pictures

We had family pictures taken the end of November.  I was really please with all the pictures we got considering....
- James "ran away" before the photo shoot even started while waiting for the photographer.  We were at the Nelson art gallery front lawn.  Thankfully there was a running event going on or otherwise I think he might have run out into traffic.  That boy loves to run!
-Blake fell down and got a grass stain on his pants before we started.
-Henry being a newborn and having to be outside in the cool temps.  He was happy almost the entire time!
So considering all of those things it is amazing we got these shots!  Here are some of our favorites!

Henry 2 months

Henry went to the Dr and got an excellent report.  He is also a BIG boy!  He is bigger than both James and Blake at 2 months and I thought they were big!

Sleeping- You are starting to take longer naps during the day.  Sometimes in the afternoon you will sleep up to 3 hours straight.  Unfortunately, many afternoons I have to wake you from a nap to pick up the boys from school.  You are learning to be very flexible.  You go down for bed around 7:30-8 and get up once in the night before waking up for the day around 7 am.

Eating- You are nursing every 2-3 hours during the day.  You will take a bottle very easily too.

Personality-You have become a much happier baby the last few weeks.  I feel like you went from crying a lot to hardly at all.  You still let me know when you want a diaper change or are tired.  You are content being in your swing, bouncy seat, or floor.  You are giving us a lot of smiles and coo's.   You have two adorable dimples along with a double chin.  I could just kiss your chubby cheeks all day.  We love you so much Henry!

Thanksgiving

We had a low key Thanksgiving week in KC this year.  Todd's brother(Justin) and sister(Ashley) came in town and it was so much fun having them here.  Todd and I even got away for a couples massage and dinner out all by ourselves.  It was such a treat!  

I guess we were too busy having fun with our 3 sweet blessings that the only pictures that were taken over the weekend were on Thanksgiving at my mom and dad's.  I MUST do better at Christmas!  Especially since I need to get some pictures of the boys with their Aunt and Uncle!

Trip to Arizona

Henry took his first airplane ride earlier this month to Arizona.  We went with my mom and Abby to visit Grandma, Lynda/Wayne, Shelly/Ken/Sarah!  Henry did great on both plane rides.  He slept both flights and didn't get fussy until we had landed and were waiting to get off the plane.  We also got to celebrate Sarah's 8th birthday with some yummy chocolate cake.  It was great to see Grandma and I know she was thrilled to meet Henry.
