I ran into one of James' preschool teachers in the hallway on Friday while I was there picking up Blake. Friday was Chiefs day and for snack time his class had a "tailgate party" with nachos. She told me that he ate 4 helpings of nachos! This didn't surprise me at all because he can EAT! As part of football day they also took turns weighing themselves on a scale for fun. James weighed in at 38 lbs which was more than anyone else in his class. He is also one of the younger boys too. Ha! I think he is deceptively "big" because he is also tall! He is just one solid and sturdy 2 year old! Atleast he'll be able to hold is own on the playground. :-)

Tummy time

Todd's sister Ashley gave us some Swedish candy cars and James loves them. He requests them after each meal. The funny thing is he would much rather play with them than eat them. It is definitely a good time killer while I'm cleaning up the kitchen. I've also been trying to capture James saying "yes" on camera and I got it on this video. It sounds like "da" and we think it is so cute!

Timber

Seth got a new dog last spring. A HUGE dog. She is a bernise mountain dog. Seth lives 5 minutes from our house and James loves to go visit Timber. On this occasion he decided to get in the Timber's kennal which is also HUGE!

A Duet

First Day of School and a BIG ear!

Here are some pictures of James before his first day of school! He was very excited and had a great day. He had gotten a bug bite Tuesday night on his ear but we really didn't notice it Wednesday morning. It got redder and more swollen throughout the day. The pictures are from the morning and the video is after we got home with the big red ear!

Blake's Baptism

On Sunday we had Blake baptized into our church. We had a wonderful weekend with family and friends.
