We bought another condo

Todd and I decided to invest in a rental property last summer.  We bought a one bedroom condo in the Soho lofts in downtown KC.  The property rented fast and its been a good experience so far.  We decided to buy a second condo in the same building in January.  Unlike our first property this unit needed a lot of updates and we pretty much had to replace everything!  The kitchen was the ugliest kitchen I've ever seen! No wonder this place was on the market for 3 years!  Here are some before pictures.

And the after pictures.  We are really happy with the way things turned out.  We have already found a tenant that moves in May 1st!
