It is hard to believe that another school year has come to an end. Both boys had a great year! James will be big man on campus next year at We Care starting his last year of Pre-k and Blake will start his 3rd year.
Now that school has been out for about 10 days James is really missing his school days. Every morning he wakes up and asks if today is a school day.
Mother's day was the perfect day. I got to sleep in, have the boys make me breakfast, and then James sang at the 11 service. James had his last Sonbeam singers performance of the year on Mothers day. He will really miss is Wednesday nights over the summer. This boy loves to sing!
The boys both took good naps and then we headed over to my parents pool to swim. It was our first time in the pool this year!
We had a nice low key Easter. The boys looked for their Easter baskets before church. We went to 9:05 church, out to brunch and then back home to relax, dye Easter eggs, and finish the swing set!
James decided he wanted a Buzz Lightyear party for his 4th birthday. He even wanted to dress up as Buzz and have Blake dress up in Woody. It was a great way to wear our Halloween costumes again!
It was time for a new bigger swingset. James especially had outgrown our toddler size one. We had tried to find a nice used swingset on Craigslist, but didn't have much luck. We ended up getting one that we all really like at Costco. Todd had some excellent helpers to put it together. He, Justin and Ashley worked Friday night, and most of Saturday and Sunday to put it together. It turned out great!
